Only 10 pieces of the Artjom Costume Edition of Metro Exodus

Deep Silver, 4A Games and Dmitry Glukhovsky, author of the Metro saga, today released details on the Metro Exodus Artjom Custom Edition. There are only ten copies of this extraordinary special edition, which is not available in any shop. Instead, Metro fans around the world will have the opportunity to win them in the coming weeks through a series of planned promotions.

The handcrafted edition includes a deed of ownership personally signed by Dmitry Glukhovsky and Andrew ‘Prof’ Prokhorov, creative director and co-founder of 4A Games, as well as a selection of Artjom’s iconic devices, including a fully functional Nixie watch. In a new video, interested players and Metro fans can watch how Dmitry introduces one of these packages.

“We have worked with the renowned DB Props craftsmen at the world-famous Shepperton Studios to design and build the ultimate collection for Metro fans,” said Huw Beynon, Head of Global Brand Management at Deep Silver. “Each piece is either an authentic object from the real world or handcrafted to reconstruct 4A’s original designs. We knew that we could never make Artjom’s characteristic Nixie watch credible with a replica, so we decided to actually build it together.”

The Metro Exodus Artjom Custom Edition is packaged in a steel ammunition box and includes:

  • a fully functional, handcrafted Nixie watch
  • one gas mask and one filter
  • a working ball lighter
  • a Spartan badge, engraved with the name of the owner.
  • a leather bag and a map of the journey of the Aurora.
  • a deed of ownership signed by Dmitry Glukhovsky and Andrew Prokhorov.

The first copy of these priceless editions was given to 4A Games. The other nine copies of the Metro Exodus Artjom Custom Edition will be raffled off in the next few weeks as part of promotional campaigns.
