Nintendo Switch mined while Playing Cooking Mama is not a crypto!

If you’ve already got between 2017 and 2018 in the crypto-Space, remember, it is likely that the Trend of the so-called “crypto-jacking” – the act of (some would say it’s more of an “art”), the “kidnapping” of computer systems, from mobile phones to Desktop computers to mine crypto-currencies.

The Software was often installed by malicious Trojan files, and came from Websites, Browser extensions, and as a “cloaked” files. Hackers managed to infect thousands of devices and mines in Monero in the value of millions of dollars. But since its peak in the crypto-jacking is extinct and only a shell of his former Self, because today’s antivirus programs are mostly prepared on the threat. At least until recently, as the Internet rumors emerged that the Nintendo Switch-reproduction of Cooking Mama: cook star breaks down a new Version of the famous cook-video game series – “crypto-currencies” on the devices of the players. These rumors were a response to the crash and the Overheating of the devices, so some of the early users.

What helped was that the publisher of the game left the game without explanation from Nintendo’s eShop, and thus, the rumor mill is accelerated so much that a Tweet was found accused in the the game, to provide a crypto-Miner’s shelter, in less than 24 hours more than 20,000 Likes. But is that true? According to a report from ScreenRant 6. April, a developer of Cooking Mama-Teams dismissed the rumors and stated that “there is no way” that crypto-Mining Software could pass the Tests, which have undergone both Nintendo and Sony, the game allegedly.

The anonymous developer has confirmed that the instability depends on the Software that the Software was made in Unity, and “a lot of people working on your first game”. The Team has stressed this in his own comment once again and declared that Planet Entertainment (the publisher of the game) has “explored the Blockchain technology and crypto-Token”, but no attempt was made to implement this technology ever in one of their titles, let alone cook a star:

At Planet Entertainment, we have explored both the Blockchain technology and crypto currencies. We considered these options as a means to allow players to trade with the assets in the game. However, we have only studied the theory behind the concept, not the implementation.

Unfortunately, it’s easy to see why some accuse the game of crypto-Mining: The publisher of the game said in a press release dated February 2019, that cook star would be the first “game of the Blockchain technology integrated on major consoles”. But even if you don’t believe the developers, it would make no sense to have a Crypto-Miner on a Switch running the ARM-based processors in these devices are Crypto-Mining Standards, painfully slow and would not likely contribute much more than a few cents per day, even if the devices are on constantly, and the Internet would be connected.

The Cortex-A53 and A57-cards in Nintendo’s flagship were not used in less powerful devices such as the 2016 tablet from Amazon, which are half as bad for reading books, but it is not known that they are powerhouses. Although there is no evidence that this Nintendo could Switch in the Background crypto mines, have managed some clever Hacker to figure out how to operate Bitcoin. The self-proclaimed block-stream-spy “Cypherm0nk” announced in June of last year, the picture below, which shows that he managed to load Ubuntu on its Switch and then the Version 0.1.0 of Bitcoin Core (the Software) to download. It is not clear what came out of this project, but you can safely say that Cypherm0nk probably not his Satoshi’s on his Switch mined.
