Ledger and Crypto.com against future cooperation known

With the mentioned service providers two heavyweights of the crypto market have approached each other. A partnership is to make crypto payments in the house Ledger more flexible and more favorable.

European-Asian team wants to simplify Wallet payments

The Ledger company is known to many users primarily as a provider of wallets, in particular the hardware wallets of the company, which has been in existence since 2014, are used worldwide. And they also regularly score top marks in the hardware wallet test. Now the service provider, which also develops security technologies for the cryptographic sector, announces a new strategic cooperation with Crypto.com. This partner is also a provider of a wallet that is used for trading Bitcoin and other crypto currencies. The Hong Kong-based company also issues credit cards.

Chain technology to enter Ledger shop

The cooperation, on the other hand, is about the Crypto.com chain, as both companies announced in their published agreement. The background to the announcement is the integration of the Crypto.com Pay service into the Ledger platform and thus into the online shop of the French company Ledger. The payment variant is based on the blockchain of the new ledger partner. This is undoubtedly more convenient for ledger customers because an additional payment method is provided. Due to Crypto.com’s extensive activities in Asia, the European partner is also opening up an additional market to some extent. Customers will not care about the reasons.

Pay future wallets and other items in the currency of your choice

You will be more than happy that in the future you will be able to buy and pay for wallets and other Ledger products with your favourite crypto currencies from Ethereum to Ripple. By the way, also via the special Crypto.com Wallet & Card App, which also allows transactions via QR code. The new service is also intended to be particularly advantageous in that Crypto.com Pay will further reduce transaction fees, and bonus points via a rewards programme will also attract customers. It is not yet known when exactly the integration will be successfully completed. We stay on the ball.
